Yes. We
offer many financing programs. We can accommodate short-term
financing and long-term financing with various interest rates
and payments types. Just ask for information on our financing
packages and our helpful staff will tell you all the details! |

long does the roofing take? |
3-4 days
is the average amount of time it takes to remove and old roof
and install a new roof. Durations can vary, as there are many
different sizes of homes, but the average roof takes about 3-4
days to complete. |

I be able to stay in my home during the installation process? |
Yes. The
process does not interrupt your internal living environment.
We make every accommodation to ensure the safety, cleanliness
and noise level while installing roofing. |

| Will
a dumpster be available and where is it stored? |
We do not
use dumpsters. We use our own removal service, and all debris
is removed by the end of the first day on most jobs. |

| Does
your company have adequate insurance? |
Yes, we
carry three million dollars in general liability insurance as
well as worker’s compensation insurance on all of our
employees. All of our policies are available to you at any time
upon your request. |

your company acquire the building permits? |
Yes. All
of our work is completed
under the current required state and city licenses and you will
receive a copy of all/any permits necessary for your installation. |

you offer extended warranties? |
Yes. Tom
Yancey Company is a certified select shingle roofer. We offer
extended warranties on all of our roofing products. In fact
even our gutter systems come with a guarantee. |

| Are
there any rebate programs offered for roofing? |
Yes. Tom
Yancey is a proud member of SMUD’s Cool Roof Program.
This program encourages energy efficiency products and will
even rebate up to .20 per square feet of living space, and they
offer financing on approved credit with 7.5 percent interest
for up to a ten-year term. |

there more than one company with the Yancey name? |
Yes. There
are three companies whose names contain the Yancey name. Our
company is the ONLY company that is simply called The Tom Yancey
Company. Please do not get our company confused with any others.
